This client needed a total kitchen gut job. We completely changed the layout of the space which gained the client a lot of storage and functionality. We added in rustic details such as the hand-scraped wood beams framing the entry and dining space and added some architecture to the space. The color palette is mostly neutrals with shades of gray, taupe, and black accents. The white cabinetry was accentuated with a black hand-rubbed finish on the shaker doors, and the dark hood and island add warmth. The light blue backsplash tile was the perfect contrast and added color needed to add interest to the bright new kitchen.
